Standard rates
AU$1100 per night for a minimum of 5 nights.
Winter discount (June, July and August excluding Splendour in the Grass)
AU$1000 per night for 3-4 nights, $900 per night for 5 nights+

A cleaning charge of $300 applies.
High season
One and two week minimum stay. Applies to December, January, Easter, school holidays and special events. Contact us for current high season rates.
